Trinidad iL Baretto (Malia Building, Tandang Sora Ext, Magsaysay District, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija) runs trinidadilbaretto.com. This page explains what we collect when you use the site or message our Facebook Page, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Orders and reservations: the dishes you choose, and the name, contact number, email, address, landmark and notes you type in, so we can prepare, deliver and confirm your order or booking.
• Orders sent to Messenger from our menu: when you tap a Messenger order button on our menu, we save your order and the details you typed for up to 7 days. When you open our chat, Meta tells us your Messenger ID for our Page so we can post your order there. We use it only to reply to you in that chat. The details you typed go to our team in our order alerts, not into the chat.
• Messages: what you send our Facebook Page is kept in Facebook’s Page inbox, under Meta’s own privacy policy.
• Site analytics: we use the Meta Pixel and TruConversion to see which pages are visited and which ads bring customers. They use cookies and similar technology.

How we use it

Only to run the café: preparing and confirming orders, delivery, reservations, receipts and reminders, and improving our menu and ads. We don’t sell your details, and we share them only with the services that help us do this (for example our email and hosting providers, Meta, and delivery riders who need your address).

How long we keep it

The copy of a Messenger order saved on our website is deleted after 7 days. The order alerts our team receives, and our order and reservation records, are kept for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Deleting your data

Message us on Messenger, call 0968 406 7785, or email hello@trinidadilbaretto.com and say “delete my data”. We’ll remove your details from our records within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can ask what details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Contact us using any of the options above.
